Invoices that write themselves
After every paid booking, Slotlify automatically creates an invoice and sends it directly to your customer. You don't have to do a thing.
Writing invoices takes time you don't have
Between classes, customer conversations, and everything else that comes with running a studio, bookkeeping usually falls to the bottom of the list. Invoices get delayed, forgotten, or put together manually at the end of a long day.
But your customers are entitled to a proper receipt. And you have better things to do than fill out documents every evening.
Automatic at the point of payment
As soon as a booking is paid, Slotlify generates an invoice. For online payments, this happens instantly. For on-site payments, the invoice is created once you mark the booking as completed.
The invoice is generated as a PDF and sent to your customer by email, with a secure download link. Customers without an account get their receipt too.
Every invoice is visible in your dashboard, and you can resend it at any time.
Your prices, your tax rules
You set it up once: do your prices include VAT or exclude it? Which tax rate applies to your services? Slotlify handles the calculation automatically and shows everything correctly on the invoice.
If you're a Kleinunternehmer (small business under German tax law), you can enable that in your settings. Slotlify will leave out the VAT line and automatically add the legally required notice pursuant to § 19 UStG.
Cancellations are documented automatically
If a booking that has already been invoiced gets cancelled, Slotlify automatically creates a cancellation invoice. It references the original invoice and reverses it in a bookkeeping-compliant way.
You don't need to trigger this manually. Slotlify takes care of it in the background.
Your customer gets their receipt right away
After payment, your customer automatically receives an email with a secure link to download their invoice. The document is available to them at any time.
This works for guests too, even if they don't have an account. Everyone who books with you gets a proper receipt.
