Catalog overview

Your public booking page

In addition to your dashboard, Slotlify also creates a dedicated public booking page for your organization. It is accessible through an individual address and follows this format:

1https://<your_company>.slotlify.eu

Through this page, your customers can view your bookable offers, filter them, and book them directly. The catalog is therefore the public part of your offering and the central place for anyone who wants to explore your services, appointments, or courses.

What your customers see in the catalog

In the catalog, your available offers are displayed in a clear and structured layout. Depending on how your offering is set up, this can include individual services, events, or courses.

Each entry in the catalog shows key information at a glance, for example:

  • the name of the offer
  • an image
  • the price
  • the assigned category

This helps your customers quickly understand your offering and find suitable options more easily.

Search, categories, and sorting

To help customers navigate the catalog quickly, several options are available to narrow down the displayed offers.

These include, for example:

  • Search
Customers can use the search field to look for specific offers.
  • Categories
Offers can be filtered by category, for example sports, therapy, or other subject areas.
  • Sorting
The order of entries can also be changed, for example alphabetically, by newest entries, or by price.

These functions help customers keep an overview even when you have a larger range of offers and make it easier to find the right one.

How offers are displayed in the catalog

Offers are shown in the catalog as individual cards. This makes the layout visually clear and easy to understand, even for new customers.

Each card serves as an entry point to the detail view of an offer. With one click, your customers are taken to the corresponding detail page, where more information and booking options are displayed.

The catalog is therefore not only an overview, but also the starting point of the actual booking process.

The detail page of an offer

When a customer selects an offer, the detail page of that entry opens. There, the information is presented in more detail.

This page may include, among other things:

  • title of the offer
  • price
  • image
  • description
  • difficulty level
  • assigned staff member
  • capacity or available spots
  • bookable accessories or add-ons

This gives your customers all important information before they complete a booking.

Accessories and add-ons

If you have created accessories in Slotlify and linked them to an offer, they can be selected directly on the detail page.

Typical examples include:

  • rental equipment
  • additional items
  • rentable extras
  • optional add-ons to the booking

This allows you to expand your offering and include extra services directly in the booking process.

Choosing date and time

On the detail page, your customers can then choose an available date and a suitable time, provided that time slots are available for the offer.

If no upcoming slots are currently available, this is also shown. This makes it immediately clear to your customers whether an offer can currently be booked or whether no new time slots have yet been added.

This helps avoid misunderstandings and creates a clear booking flow.

The catalog as the first impression of your offering

The public catalog is often the first part of your offering that customers see. That is why it is important that your entries are clearly structured, easy to understand, and organized in a meaningful way.

The following elements are especially important:

  • clear titles
  • suitable images
  • correct prices
  • meaningful categories
  • understandable descriptions

The more clearly your catalog is structured, the easier it is for your customers to find their way around and complete a booking.

Good to know

Which content appears in the catalog depends on what you have created and published in your dashboard. If an offer has not yet been fully set up there, it may not appear in the public area as expected.

For that reason, it is worth maintaining your entries carefully before sharing your booking page with customers.
