How registration works
Getting started with Slotlify is simple and takes you step by step to your own booking system. Before you begin managing your services, courses, or events, you first choose the right plan and then create your account.
On this page, you’ll learn how the registration process works and what happens after you sign up.
Choose the right plan
To use Slotlify, you first choose the plan that fits your offering and your needs. On the pricing page, you’ll find different plans, including a free option.
If you’re not yet sure which plan is right for you, you can start with an entry-level option and review later whether an upgrade makes sense.
Fill out the registration form

After choosing your plan, you’ll be taken to the registration form. There, you enter the basic information needed to create your account.
The registration process is intentionally simple so that you can get started quickly.
3. Confirm your email address
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In that email, you’ll find a link to verify your email address.
Your account is only activated after this confirmation. This is important to keep your access secure and ensure that you can fully use your account.
If the email does not appear in your inbox right away, please also check your spam or promotions folder.
4. Complete the onboarding
After confirming your email address, you’ll start the onboarding process. In this step, you enter your company details.
This information is important so that Slotlify can be set up correctly for you and all key functions can work properly later on. In particular, it includes information that is relevant for the structure of your account and for using the system.
The onboarding helps you start with the right foundation from the beginning.
5. Payment for paid plans
If you have chosen a paid plan, the next step is payment through our payment partner Stripe.
The payment is required to activate your selected plan. As soon as the payment process has been completed successfully, you can continue setting up and using your account.
If you have chosen a free plan, this step does not apply.
6. Get access to your dashboard
After completing the registration and, if required, the payment, you will be taken to your personal dashboard.
The dashboard is your central management area in Slotlify. There, you can later, among other things:
- create services
- manage staff
- add accessories
- create events and courses
- view bookings
- use your calendar
- track important business metrics
This is where you manage all your key processes in one place.
7. Use your own booking address
In addition to your dashboard, a dedicated booking address is created for your organization. It has the following format:
https://<your_company>.slotlify.eu
This address is where your bookable offers, events, and courses will later be publicly available. Your customers can view your offerings there and make bookings.
This gives you not only access to the internal administration area, but also your own public booking space.
What comes next?
Once your account is set up, you can begin configuring your offering. The next step is usually to create your first content in the dashboard — for example services, staff, or events.
