Your central workspace

After logging in, you arrive in the Slotlify dashboard. Here, you get a quick overview of your business, your bookings, and the most important administrative areas.

The overview page is your central starting point in the system. From here, you can review key figures, follow current developments, and move directly to the areas you need for your daily work.

Depending on how far your account has already been set up and how many bookings already exist, the displayed content and values may vary. Over time, the dashboard becomes your central workspace for day-to-day management.

Main sections and functions

Using the navigation on the left side, you can access all key areas of Slotlify. This is where you manage your offering, organize your team, plan appointments, and keep track of your bookings.

Overview

This is your start page with key figures and analytics. Here, you can see important developments related to bookings, revenue, and other activities at a glance.

Services

Here, you manage your bookable services. These can be individual offers as well as formats that consist of a series of sessions.

Categories

Here, you structure your offerings. This makes it easier to organize your services in the catalog and helps your customers sort and filter them more easily.

Accessories

Here, you create add-on options or rentable extras that can be offered together with a booking.

Staff

Here, you manage employees, trainers, or other responsible people connected to your services, appointments, or courses.

Difficulty levels

If relevant, you can use this area to structure your offerings even further. This is especially useful if you offer services for different experience or skill levels.

Appointments

Here, you manage individual appointments or events. These can be one-time or recurring.

Courses

Here, you create course formats with multiple appointments. This section is especially important when an offering consists of a connected series of sessions.

Vacation planning

Here, you plan absences or times when certain offers or staff members are not available.

Calendar

Here, you get a time-based overview of your planning. This helps you keep track of appointments, courses, availability, and capacity in one central place.

Bookings

Here, you find the individual bookings made by your customers. You can see which offers were booked and keep track of the current status of your reservations.

Account

In this area, you manage your profile, company details, billing, payment options, and other settings related to your account.

Good to know

If your account is still new, some sections may initially display only a small amount of data. That is normal. As soon as you create your first services, appointments, or courses and receive your first bookings, the overview will gradually fill with more information.

In this way, the dashboard grows together with your usage and gradually becomes an increasingly important tool in your daily work.

What comes next?

Once you are familiar with the overview, the next useful step is usually one of the following:

  • create your first services
  • add staff
  • create your first appointment or course
  • explore the calendar and bookings in more detail

Once these basics are set up, you can use Slotlify fully in your day-to-day work.
