How do I adjust my settings?
About the settings
In the settings you adjust the basic appearance of your dashboard to match your personal preferences. Currently you can define two things here: the interface language in which the dashboard is displayed, and the design color, meaning the main accent color of your working environment.
These settings affect only your personal view in the dashboard. Your public booking page, the bookings of your customers and the display for your team are not affected by them.
Where to find the settings
You'll find the settings in your dashboard under Account > Settings. The Settings page opens with two sections: Change interface language and Design settings.
Change interface language
In the Change interface language section, you select the language your dashboard is displayed in. German, English and French are currently available. The selected language affects all menus, labels, buttons and messages throughout your workspace.
To change the language, open the dropdown menu, select the language you want and confirm your choice with the Save button. The change takes effect immediately, your dashboard automatically reloads in the new language after saving.
Important to know: this setting doesn't only affect your dashboard, it also affects your public booking page. If you select English here, for example, the catalog your customers see will also be displayed in English. Choose the language with your target audience in mind, not just your own preference.
Design settings
In the Design settings section you choose the accent color of your dashboard. This color is used for highlighted elements such as active menu items, buttons, status labels and progress bars. This lets you make your dashboard a little more personal – or simply choose a color that's easier on your eyes during long work sessions.
To adjust the design, open the dropdown menu next to Choose design and pick your preferred color. The change is applied directly, so you immediately see how your dashboard looks in the new color scheme.
This setting is also purely personal: it only applies to your own view and has no influence on how your booking page or your online catalog are displayed to your customers.
Good to know
Your settings are automatically saved to your profile. So when you log in on another device, you'll find your dashboard again in your usual language and with your chosen design color.
